Here at Fitness Inc., we now offer small group personal training sessions that are a perfect fit for you if you’re a 35+ male or female who wants to elevate your overall fitness, strength, endurance, and mobility.

This way you can not only get back to enjoying the activities you truly love which might include jogging, pickle ball, yoga, basketball – or just about anything else in between – but also be able to feel and look your very best at the same time!

* This is not the same boring rinse-and-repeat approach to personal training. *

We believe our group training is one-of-a-kind. Why? Because unlike other group training sessions where there’s too many people, there’s a lack of skilled trainers, and your current state of health is never taken into consideration – we do things differently.

In our small group training, there are only 8 clients and 2 trainers. This way you’ll not only receive the personalized attention and support you need – but the benefits don’t stop there.

Our talented trainers take a unique and highly effective approach to functional training that focuses on strengthening movement patterns instead of isolating specific muscles.

These specific exercises need the proper guidance and instruction in order to give you the greatest results (in less time) based on your current state of health and fitness. This is precisely why we always maintain a 4-1 client to trainer ratio.

Thanks to our systemized approach to movement and the powerful tools we integrate into our personalized trainings, you’ll be amazed how quickly your levels of health and fitness will change in many positive ways!

All that’s required for you to experience exceptional results is to show up to the group training sessions, follow our lead and guidance, and take ACTION.

All small group personal training classes are held in our private studio at:

training times

Mon -Fri: 5:30,6:30, 7:30,8:30 & 9:30am
Tues & Thurs: 4:30pm
Saturday: 7:00 & 8:00am

This is an evergreen group personal training program. This means there is no specific start or end time. Choose the days/times that work best for you through our user-friendly mobile app.

training cost:

The cost is only $30 per session. You have the option to commit to 1, 2 or 3 trainings per week. You’ll be auto-billed every 2 weeks for the number of sessions you choose. You’re free to join or cancel these trainings at any time.
