Two + years ago, one of my doctors recommended I do weight training with Shaun. He said that it would help me improve every day skills, like strength and balance. And that’s exactly what happened. Furthermore, Shaun has helped me recover from 2 different joint replacements. He is enormously encouraging.. It is a great pleasure to have tangible proof of my progress–that I can do exercises now that I couldn’t do when I started. He does an amazing job of varying the exercises so that our sessions are never boring. He does a great job of adapting exercises for my painful arthritic joints. He has a great sense of humor and outlook on life; He’s cheerful and optimistic. These qualities create a positive working atmosphere. I highly recommend personal training with Shaun.
