Two + years ago, one of my doctors recommended I do weight training with Shaun. He said that it would help me improve every day skills, like strength and balance. And that’s exactly what happened. Furthermore, Shaun has helped me recover from 2 different joint replacements. He is enormously encouraging.. It is a great pleasure to have tangible proof of my progress–that I can do exercises now that I couldn’t do when I started. He does an amazing job of varying the exercises so that our sessions are never boring. He does a great job of adapting exercises for my painful arthritic joints. He has a great sense of humor and outlook on life; He’s cheerful and optimistic. These qualities create a positive working atmosphere. I highly recommend personal training with Shaun.

Shaun Wasso is a dynamic trainer. He creates a simplistic, scientific approach to wellness and fitness in a way that is motivational and fulfilling. He has helped me find strength I never knew I had. My life is better in the way I compete, the way I lift and the way I eat. During the grueling Spartan race, Shaun stayed by my side to get me through even the most challenging obstacles. He has helped me prep for triathlons, marathons and a climb of Mt. Kilimanjaro. You will not find anyone better when it comes to finding the best version of you.

I’ve been going to the bootcamp class for a few months and it is a great workout–fun and challenging! Shaun is awesome…he is motivating but not “in your face” or too intense. The people who come here are also very nice and welcoming, overall a great group of people. The bootcamp hours are perfect if you have kids or want to get a workout in before going to work. This place is a great find at a reasonable price. Highly recommend!

Working out at Fitness Inc. has helped me to focus daily on exercise and fitness. Most of all it helped me to make food choices that I would not have been conscious of prior to committing to Fitness Inc. Everyone whom I have met while there has been an inspiration! Since September 2013, I’ve been a regular participant in the bootcamp offered at Fitness, Inc. This is the longest I have ever stuck with any fitness program in the past. I was a little intimidated by the phrase ‘bootcamp’ at the beginning but while it is challenging, and many of the class participants are at different fitness levels, Shaun makes sure you’re working to your potential. The classes are fun and friendly with lots of encouragement from Shaun and everyone else in, or involved with, Fitness, Inc. There is a nice mix of routines each day with as much activity outside as possible when weather allows.
