Small Group Personal Training Classes
Our small group personal training classes teach your proper lifting techniques and functional training movements while building muscle and improving cardiovascular endurance.
Our class is a great option for all individuals ranging from beginner to advanced, giving you the ability to adjust weights and movements according to your needs. The small group environment will motivate and drive you for a challenging and rewarding workout experience.
We use tools like TRX bands, plyo boxes, free weights, kettlebells, jump ropes, and so much more. Classes are held on Tuesday and Friday mornings at 5:30am
