Our HIIT group fitness classes give you a dynamic and heavy-hitting workout with strength training, cardiovascular endurance, and total-body muscle toning.
It’s a great option for beginners and advanced students alike, and will push you to your edge for excellent results in a positive and supportive group environment.
We use tools like TRX bands, plyo boxes, free weights, kettlebells, jump ropes, and so much more. Classes are held on Tuesday and Thursday mornings.
